When reporting a bug, please include your iPhone model, iOS version, and what you were doing when the issue happened — it helps us fix things much faster.
InwardFocus uses Apple's Screen Time technology to block the apps you choose during your focus schedules. This permission is used only to apply the blocks you set up — everything happens on your device, and we never see which apps you block.
If you truly need a blocked app during a focus session, tap "Request 10 Minutes" on the block screen. Blocking pauses for 10 minutes, then resumes automatically.
Touch and hold your home screen, tap the "Edit" button then "Add Widget", search for InwardFocus, and choose a size. Your current affirmation will rotate throughout the day.
Your schedules and blocked-app choices never leave your iPhone. We collect only anonymous usage analytics to improve the app. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
Deleting the app removes all locally stored data automatically. For anything else (like an early-access signup), email us and we'll take care of it within 30 days.
InwardFocus supports iPhone running iOS 18 or later. Screen Time must be enabled for blocking to work.
